The Telemedicine feature, called Dial Care, is an easy-to-use service that provides a modern solution for non-emergency illnesses and general care where members (and their families) can directly access state-licensed and fully credentialed doctors. Reaching out via phone or video, members can have a consultation to receive treatment and/or advice for common ailment situations, which can include colds, the flu, rashes, and more.
